1. Ready to Ship Orders
Items listed as 1/1 (one of one) will ship within 3-5 business days of purchase.
2. Made to Order
All made to order pieces require a maximum of 3 weeks production time before shipping. By purchasing a made to order item you acknowledge and agree to this timeline.
3. International Shipping
We ship internationally. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Americas Princess Enterprises is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. We do not contact customers to confirm shipping details ; please double check your information before completing your purchase.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Americas Princess Enterprises is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the package has been handed off.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once marked delivered by the carrier, Americas Princess Enterprises is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend having packages delivered to a secure location.
6. Address Changes
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed. Contact us immediately at support@americasprincess.com if you need to update your shipping information.
